A new patient can expect to spend about one hour at the office for their first visit. This will include enough time to meet the doctor, have your consultation, examination, and first adjustment. Please use the link below to complete the new patient entrance forms prior to arrival. If you can not fill out the enterance forms ahead of time, please arrive 15 to 20 minutes before your first appoint to fill out necessary paperwork.

Insurance Coverage: We are in-network providers for nearly all insurance plans within the Morgantown and surrounding areas and will file your claims for you. If you do not see us on your network provider list, the list you are viewing may not be accurate. Often times insurance provider lists are simply not up to date. We would be happy to call your insurance company for an estimation of benefits so you have the most up-to-date information available.
